feedback or contact button

    i don't understand how to use the feedback feature. Does it work only on websites i created where i have to embed the code or can i add it to my form page. i would like to add a feedback button or contact button to my form page. do i have to create a seperate contact page or is it automatically created by just adding this feature

    Hi medhour,

    Thanks for clarifying. The Feedback button is actually another way of embedding your form into your own website (not to the JotForm-hosted form page). The Feedback button generated is similar to the orange Feedback button that you see in the default page on the right side of the page.

    The resulting effect is similar to the LightBox embed code except that a feedback button is being clicked to open the form, unlike in LightBox embed code wherein you use a hyperlinked text to open the form.
