I think the time is automatically converted to 24 hours. As you could see, 17:20, 15:20 and some of it in the spreadsheet.

I would advise to do the following:

Click the field column > click "More Formats" > Choose "Time" from the list:

Doing this should restore the AM/PM time format. If not, please update us here.
