I'm using paypal pro and customers are getting a form total error on checkout and cant complete the transaction.Page URL:

I ran some tests with a copy of your form and got the same error:
I removed the tax settings by setting the factor to 0% from 7% and that seemed to fix the issue:
Since that is not necessarily a solution, I'll have to send this to our developers in a ticket to that they can advice further.
