I am no longer receive submissions by email as i used to previously...The submitter also don't get their copy of submissions to their email address even they fill up their email address in the entry form.

Upon checking your form, this should be sending submissions to email@example.com
However, I can see you set a conditional that is not necessary, because you have set the "Nama" field is required.
Also, please make sure the Email field is set as required, so the submitter gets the autoresponder.
On regards to the email notifier, please check the yahoo spam folder.
Let us know if the issue persist.
