Email Notification Major Problem

    I set up over 100 jotforms for courses. Each identical and duplicated from the original.  In the notification email, there is a 

    Sender Name: First Name:

    Sender Email:

    Reply to Email: Email


    I set these up to the following way as you see it above.

    Some of them have now defaulted back to the below..


    Sender Name: First Name:

    Sender Email: Please Select

    Reply to Email: None


    Is there a way to LOCK this so it does not default? This is a major issue and my forms are now a disaster.

    First off, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have forwarded this particular issue to our developer team to investigate. They will update us whenever they reach to a solution.

    Do you know exactly when this change happened? You have not modified anything on the form and it changed by itself? Do you see any change on the revision history at the time of this change?

    I did not see any change. All I know is I made all the forms and they changed on their own. We are no refixing the forms and I sit here wondering when they will change again. SO frustrating!!

    I know how frustrating it is.

    I have been monitoring your forms. It is seems like there was a one time glitch that broke your email settings and unable to revert back.

    I'm sorry fot the trouble caused to you. If you need help to revert your setting, I will happily help you. Just give me the names or folder names of your forms.

    Hasan, Thank you for watching over the issues. Please keep an eye out as we will be going into all the formsd and resetting and tweaking them.  I also wanted to ask you is it possible to move all the Gun For Hire Forms to a new account?
