I can't seem to find the form that you are referring to as you have no forms in your account. In order for us to look into this deeper, we would need additional details such as the form's URL/id, the website where the form is embedded to, and the embedding method you've used. For the mean time, try increasing the height of the container of your form and see if it helps.
Also, I've noticed you're using a guest account. You can upgrade to JotForm's Basic/Free account to prevent loss of data in case you've cleared your cache. It has a higher number of submissions and data space too, which makes it more convenient for you.
