How to make fields appear based on the answer of previous question?Asked by Csenge on May 19, 2014 at 03:49 AM
I'm wondering whether I can link fields, in a way that some consecutive fields only appear if the answer to a previous question was "Yes"?
Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can take advantage of our "Conditions" feature to show hide form fields based on the answer of another form fields. The following guide should help you achieve this: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
It is also possible to show / hide multiple form fields based on one single condition. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/196-How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry
