is it possible to get data from dropbox folder (images, subfolders ...) ?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Do you want to get the data from your dropbox account and display it in your form? Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to achieve this. Dropbox does not share a direct URL of the images which can be used as image URL. It need to be downloaded first before you can embed it in your form.

Amazon S3, you mean the direct URL of the file from your Dropbox Account? If yes, then that is possible.
Please follow this guide: https://www.dropbox.com/help/201/en. The trick is this:
When getting the URL of the file from your Dropbox Account, the link will be like this:
You will just change www.dropbox.com to dl.dropboxusercontent.com so the link will become:

no i mean get data from S3 bucket (images, subfolders ...) and display them in the form ? (ex : display all image from a bucket with radio associated with each one)

Thanks for the clarification. That is possible, but you have to get the link of the images and use it as an option to your forms.

That way you would like to add the images is not possible. You have to do it manually.
