Why is my account saying I am over the limit?

    Greetings JotForm,

    I've recently created a free account and since then have had over 10 submissions. I was under the impression that I would have up to 100 submissions, however, a recent email from you states that as of 12 pm today my account will be deactivated. Please explain your plan more clearly. Thank you very much for your assistance and time.

    UPDATE: I realized I had chosen the 'secure' option on my form and have since unchecked this box. I'm assuming and hoping that this will keep my forms active.

    On another note, I am getting alerts that I'm almost out of space and need to upgrade, however, from what I can tell, only 339.36kB of 100MB has been used. Please advise.

    @customstickermakers

    This notice usually means that you've gone over the limit between the two. However, I checked your account and it appears that there was a small problem with this. I've gone ahead and reset this for you along with clearing your form cache so I think that should help resolve it. If the issue continues please let us know.

    We understand that your issue is related, but I have moved your thread here to help prevent any confusion. Additionally, we ask that you please keep your issues separate in the future even if it is similar to others and thank you for your cooperation in advance.
