Only getting spam entries

Out of all the entries we are receiving 99% are spam. This is new since we started with Jotform, we did not have this issue with other form sites. We have enabled captcha and other strict rules but the spam has only increased. This seems to be a common thread in the forums. Will Jot Form disregard the spam entries?

Obviously, it is in your best interest to have more forms processed to get users to upgrade.

Most captcha fields like the one used by JotForm are usually effective against automated spammers or coded robots to spam your forms as they can not read images especially the texts are distorted.

However, they are susceptible to human spammers who are probably doing it for fun. My recommendation is that you can add the submitter's IP address on your notifications or submissions.

In this way, you can use those IP addresses to filter them from your webhosting or from any form of IP blocking on your website. I hope this will help you lessen the spamming on your form and website.
