Why are ALL of my forms disabled when only one limit has been reached?

    Also I have since changed the form submission links to NOT be secured but they continue to generate... this is a problem that needs to be changed.

    Hello espchicago,

    Free accounts can receive up to 100 non secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissions. If any of the limits are reached, all your forms are disabled.

    You have exceeded the allowed submission limits and that is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 13 SSL submissions.

    I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
