    My form disappeared and is not in the trash

    Hi,

    A form that I was working on suddenly disappeared and i cannot retrieve it from Trash.

     

    Any ideas?

    Same problem here, form is still online but cannot be accessed from JotForm account. Hope you get this resolved shortly!
