    [SOLVED]Missing forms

    Hi,

    I made six forms over the last two days for the my company's website. This morning I started tweaking them and then they all just disappeared. A few hours later one popped up again, but the five others are still missing. They're inaccessible through the embedded address and I've tried clearing my cache. 

    I'd really appreciate a quick response and resolution, we're launching soon and I can't afford to lose time.

    Checked my history on the account page and there is no trace of those forms being deleted. However an old imported form I deleted has come back meaning that the issue seems to be a rollback to sometime before 10:26 on the 20th May. Please let me know if you have any new information.

    Hello,

    Yes- our developers are resolving the issue, hence the old forms re-appearing - I have escalated your issue so that we can track it until all your forms and submisisons are fully restored.

    Please check your account and let us know which missing forms we need to pay attention to so that our developers can deliberate.
