Greenpointers Account

    I have a jotform account. When I use it at my work computer I am already logged in an all my forms are stored.

    When I try to login at home, none of the forms are stored. I am not sure if I have two accounts. I think I only have one - greenpointers with the email address ... so I am confused. 

    And I just tried to change my password which worked, but my forms from my work computer are not there and one form I created is saying I deleted it. Which I didn't...

    Worried to make my form public if I'm not sure it's going to work.

    I checked your Greenpointers account and could find only one form. Do you have more forms there? Can you please share with us the url of the missing form? Also, in order for us to determine if you are using more than one account, I kindly ask you to provide us form's urls, username, email address, website containing working forms.

    i think i may have two accounts? my form is not working and when i login it
    is not there...
    and people are trying to sign-up and it's saying it has reached the max.
    please help!

    Hi Jen,

    Sorry but what I see here is a google form not a Jotform form.

    Can you provide the correct website URL where we can view the form from us? Or if you have the form URL, please send it here so we can trace your other forms and move it to your Greenpointers account if you prefer.
