Approval Workflow Process stuck in "In Progress"

    Form our Invoice Approval Form, we have three people required to approve the requests. However, the workflow process gets stuck in the "In Progress" for one of people even after he had approved the request. Is there a limit on the number of people that can approve with the free account?

    Is the issue still persisting? I checked our system and saw that all the form's approvals for each submission entry have been approved already. There's no limit on the number of approvers that can be set for a free account.

    I also tested a cloned version of your form and the Approved status was immediately displayed after the approval.


    It's possible that there was just a slight delay before the approval status was changed. After an approval, please ask the approver to refresh the page to see if the Approved status will then be displayed.

    I also cleared your form cache as an additional measure. Try doing a test submission again and let us know how it goes.

    I had to takeover for the user and approve the request. That’s the reason why you see the approvals. If one of the approvers was connected via VPN, would that cause an issue with approval workflow?
