I spent a lot of time working on a form yesterday and today when I opened it everything was messed up. Many of the items I'd put into the form were no longer in it. And most of the conditional logic I had entered was messed up as well. Super frustrating. Is there anyway to get it back? I'm not even sure if I should try again, or will it just happen again?

We are very sorry about this. There was a temporary glitch that is preventing to see the form with the latest changes. Our 2nd level engineers are aware of this and are taking care of it, the problem should be fixed in around an hour. Please do get back to us if the problem still persist after that stimated timeframe. We appreciate your patience.

We have a Revision History tool that can be used in order to restore the form to some previous state. Can you please give it a try?
For example, you might consider restoring the form to May 20, 7:36 PM version if it is the correct one.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
