Why didn't my form save correctly?

I spent a lot of time working on a form yesterday and today when I opened it everything was messed up. Many of the items I'd put into the form were no longer in it. And most of the conditional logic I had entered was messed up as well. Super frustrating. Is there anyway to get it back? I'm not even sure if I should try again, or will it just happen again?

We are very sorry about this. There was a temporary glitch that is preventing to see the form with the latest changes. My form is still messed up. Any hope it will still get fixed, or is it time to start over :(

We have a Revision History tool that can be used in order to restore the form to some previous state. Can you please give it a try?

For example, you might consider restoring the form to May 20, 7:36 PM version if it is the correct one.
