- shmuelgAsked on August 10, 2011 at 11:03 AMHi Jot Form Support,I have a question on what available form or style we could use towards the following functionality:Many companies have a "reward point" system whereby they can see how much they have earned. This form would have to be non-editable.We would like to create a very simple form that they can access this information and need to be updated occasionally.Could you please advise? Temple Name, City, State Name: Rabbi ______ ________
SOS_RWD #: 823349622
Confirmation #: (date confirmed) 072211
SOS_RWD point earnings: 5380

Thank you for asking. We're sorry but JotForm does not have the capability to save and display dynamically changing information like point earnings into your form.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for your interest in JotForm!

Thanks Allan for the information,
If we imputed the changed information ourselves, this should be a problem though...right? We were thinking that the customer would log into their form via some sort of login with password and retrieve the information there.

To answer in behalf of Allan, we regret to inform you that JotForm does not have any feature that can facilitate a log in system of some sort.
You can probably implement your own log in system and then integrate JotForm's source code to it but it would require some custom programming done.
To get your form's source code:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click Source
Hope this helps. Thanks!
