Cannot access all of my form submissions

    I have 4 form submissions but can only view 3 of them. The 4th, new form submission does not seem to be available for viewing. I can see the info contained in the form via the email notification I received, but cannot access it or view it as a .pdf when I log into my JotForm account. Please advise.

    Hello Lee,

    I did check your form's submission page and I am able to see all the 4 submission there. I also tried to download the submissions in PDF and it did show all the 4. Please check the screenshot below: 


    We had a technical glitch earlier today which was caused by data replication problem. This issue is already fixed.

    Please check your form's submission page again and get back to us if the issue persists.
