I am receiving emails for submissions that do not include the answer. Very frustrating as this is a time sensitive project. Please advise asap. I may have exceeded the quota as it worked yesterday. However, unlike yesterday, I don't believe recipients are aware that information did not come through.

Do you mean the emails come with no answers on them? It could be a problem with the email. Can you check the data on JotForm site?
