    I have a product order form with 10 products, that customers can order up to 3, I need to charge them for postage and packing, how, can I have configure this so this box is always ticked.Thanks - great productsIan Lewis

    Unfortunately, we do not have such a feature available yet. You can instead use this url for your form -- https://www.jotform.com/form/12202119111?pleaseChoose[][id]=1011 -- to have that box checked by default upon loading. The problem with this is that the user can still have it unchecked.

    The other solution is to embed the form using source codes and add the line checked="checked" onClick="this.checked=true" in the input tags for the "delivery and packing" item in your payment form.

    To get your form's source embed codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click Source
    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

    Note that for both solutions, the delivery cost does not reflect right away. It will only be added to the total cost once another item is added by the customer.
