I think I just went through this and it was an error that the forms were disabled. I can't get into any part of my account now to see it to see if we want to upgrade...I don't know how many forms we actually use now. This will determine if we do upgrade but it won't happen if I can't see what's in there.

Checking further in your account, I can see only two forsm. But there is a posibility you have created more forms using a free or guest account, rather than your paid account.
Can you refer to the form links so we can search further?
