All of a sudden I can only read the submissions made before this afternoon and have no access to unread submissions. I marked all submissions as 'read' and also cleared the cache, logged out and back in to jotform, but nothing worked.
could you please advise me what to do in this case.

I see it has only 9 submissions - I will ask our developers to examine the form and advice.

thanks for your prompt replay,
yes, that's correct, 9 submissions, 6 of which came in today but I get no access to them nor do they show in a report...
I logged back in to my account just now and saw that today's submission seem to have gone completely and only those three of the past two days are still there.
The register form is part of a multi-lingual embassy website. So I hope you can fix it.

It seems it's a mis-counting issue on submissions numbers.
We have released a fix to recalculate it,
You do have 3 submissions, not 9.

Thanks for taking care of this so quickly.
So, if a mis-counting issue was the problem may I kindly ask you to also check my account and adjust in the number of used submissions which in this case should be 13 not 19 (if I'm not mistaken).
