Thank you for using JotForm.
You can have a summary of the selection made by your clients/users after submitting the form. Simply navigate to your form, click "Email Alerts" under "Setup & Embed" tab, and click "Notification". Pull up any text editor and copy your form's field names which starts and ends with curly braces.
Close the email editor, click "Thank you" from the "Setup & Embed" tab, and select "Thank you message". A window will show you the default thank you message for your users after submitting the form. You can now insert the copied field names. Organize your data from the tools provided in the window.
Shown below is our final output. Check the sample form in action through this link.

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, JotForm currently doesn't provide the feature to detect/configure answers and calculate the score. However, I do get how this could be useful, I will try to submit a ticket to our feature request list and hopefully our developers can integrate this in the future. The best thing you can do for now is to give your users their summary of selections (as illustrated earlier) together with the correct answers. Below is an example.
Your answer is A.
The correct answer is B. Option_Sample
If you have any other issues and concerns, please don't hesitate to post a message in our forum. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with anything.
