First of all, thank you for using JotForm.
You might be referring to the form's background. You can do that through these steps.
First, navigate to your form, click "Preferences" under the "Setup & Embed" tab and select "Background" from "Form Styles" tab and insert this line below.
You can try changing repeat-x to no-repeat and add center.
Other than this approach, you can also insert a custom CSS.
background: url("https://mysites.com/site/center.jpg") repeat-y;
min-height: 410px !important;
overflow: visible !important;
Insert these codes above under "Inject Custom CSS".
