Hi Thanks for sorting out my post and packing query, i'm going with the 2nd option, and embedding the code onto a page I have ready in Dreamweaver.
My other query concerns, multiple sales, it seems that the form can only accept 1 order from an e-mail address, I do appreciate about spamming, that's why i have a Catcha on my form, but I would like customers to order more than once from a particular e-mail address.
Thanks for your help, Jot Form is perfect for what we are trying to achieve, which a cheap way into e-commerce.

Thanks for your message. I'm not aware of any restrictions that you can impose based on the email address of your customer. JotForm does give the option to restrict submissions to one using browser cookies (loose checking) or IP address (strict checking). This feature is called "Unque Submissions".
You can change the Unique Submission settings in the future by clicking the Preferences button of the toolbar, then go to Advanced Settings tab and change the Unique Submissions settings from there.
This setting should be set to "No Check" if you want to accept multiple orders from the same customer.
We hope this information helps. Please let us know if you have further concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!
