I just upgraded our free account to monthly free premium. (INT140523-3350-17466) However, it is still showing up as free account and telling us we are out of submissions. How long does it take to upgrade? Thank you!

The upgrade was not automatic as you seemed to upgrade without being logged into your account. But I've fixed the problem.
