Can't get my submissions to go to different email addresses.

    I have several forms I use through Jot Form.  Out of those I have three different web sites and I want the respective email to transmit to that web sites email address.  No matter what I do they all submit to my personal email address.  I followed the instructions but they don't seem to work.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hello Clair,

    I'm not sure what steps you made with the form, but when changing your email notification/notifier's recipients, please make sure to save your form again.  This user guide will help you explain the existing settings of your form to why it's sending to your own personal email address.

    You can follow this user guide if in case you wish to create a new email notification.

    In addition, can you provide us which form is it that you're having difficulty configuring and also other explicit details that you wish to achieve? This way, we can help you provide you with more specific instructions.
