I have received more submissions but the form is not displaying them.

Hi may i just check why is my order form not updated when i have 10 customers filling it up? Are u able to check for me. It stops till 186. Im suppose to have more. And its depressing. I receive email that they have filled up. But it wasnt updated it my jotform.

Hello Iqahj,

Are you taking about the number 183 which is in the red background color? Please check the screenshot below:

The number in the red background actually gives you the number of unread submissions you have in your form. If you go to your form's submission page and read the submission, the count will be removed.

Please be noted that you can also manually mark all the submissions as read. Please check the screenshot below:
