    Hi Ironbark,

Your question is a little bit vague. Are you referring to a function like user management?  If you could provide us additional details that might help us answer your concern, that would be great.

We will be waiting for your response.

This question was posted on the article regarding auto filling of forms using user data retrieved from facebook.

This feature requires users to authorize the jotform FB app. My question is  - will users have to authorize access to their face book data for each seperate Jotform they complete? or, do they only need to authorize the app once?

    Hi there,

JotForm App should only ask your users for authorization to access their information once, regardless of how many forms they complete and submit.

    Hope this helps.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Actually, it's a bit more complicated. The Facebook App you created requests information from your customers. We provide the service that covers all thats happening in between. So, what happens when you use a "Fit" form is:

    - You integrate your form with Facebook, add other fields as you need it and embed it into your website.

    - Your customer fills out your form, logs in to FB and hits the submit button.

    - We tell Facebook that we are requesting user "X"s information as Application "Y".

    - Facebook prompts user X whether to allow sharing or not.

    - Then we serve it to you in your form submissions if the user has allowed it.

Therefore, they will not have to allow the same app everytime you create another form, as long as you integrate your form with Facebook using the same App-ID.
