Recurring problem. Bottom of my form disappears where the Submit button is.

Asked by Nat Gelb on May 27, 2014 at 10:36 AM

I have a recurring problem that keeps happening. The bottom of my form, where the submit button is, keeps disappearing. This happens every few days, and the solution I have been using is to go into my wordpress admin for that page and re-copy and paste the jotform wordpress code into the admin panel. When I do this and update the page the button appears again. BUT, then a few days later the same problem will happen and I will have to do the same solution again.

Can someone PLEASE help me figure out why this keeps happening?

    Hi Nat Gelb,

Can you please try re-embedding the form using its iframe embed code instead.

You can use this guide: Getting the Form iFrame Code

Make sure to removed first the current existing embedded form before you re-embed using iframe code.

If you have any further assistance, please let us know.

Ok I did that and it appears to be working now. However, it would also work fine before when I would re-embed the wordpress code. Then the problem would reappear.

I will keep an eye on it to see if the problem re-appears in a few days.

There's pretty much nothing can break the iframe code so it should work normally as it should.

However, if you come across any issues, feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards!
