    Hi Mike,

When you say "a copy of the form", do you mean the information that was submitted to it by your visitors? If yes, you can save it to your computer by exporting the submissions as an Excel or CSV file.

To go about downloading the submissions:

    1.  Go to My Forms
    2.  Click on the name of the particular form
    3.  Click the Submissions button to go to the submissions page
    4.  Click Export as Excel or CSV then save the file to your computer

You may also download partial reports of your form submissions by setting a custom time frame for the submissions

Hope you find this useful. If this is not what you need, and what you want to download is the actual form, follow the instructions below:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed > Embed Form > Source
    2.  Click the "here" text link in the source code window

    3.  Save the zip file which contains all the files needed to run your form

    Thanks!

    Neil
