This seems like a bug. "Hidden" fields (which I'm using as "spacers" so I can import the report into another application which requires a strict template for field order) aren't appearing in my CSV report. I did get them to appear once (randomly, it seems), by unchecking "auto-hide empty fields" under "Submissions", but it seems like this checkbox shouldn't even apply to reports where I've specifically "checked" the spacer fields to be included in the report.
Do you understand the problem?

Now it seems to work. Jotform seems to be extremely slow today (getting some forms hours after submission), I guess this is the problem.
Thanks for the update on this. We have not received any similar report recently. So, probably this was a temporary and isolated issue from your side.

I'm still having issues, but it may be with my whole JotForm account. When I update a report (for example, checking or unchecking a box), it seems to take 30 minutes to several hours (or longer) for the changes to take effect when actually downloading the report.Also, my forms are still delayed several hours from point of submittion to point where email is received in inbox.
Any idea why this is happening?

Is this happening with reports download from a form Submissions page, or with standalone CSV reports that are accessible by URLs? Is there are any specific steps to reproduce it? Please let us know, so we will be able to investigate it.
The email delay issue is not likely related to the issue with reports. I have moved it into a new thread, and will get back to you quickly.
It seems to happen from both, the Reports drop-down box and the URL to
that report. Steps to reproduce: uncheck or check a "spacer", download
form, usually that "spacer" isn't added/removed for several hours.
*Sometimes, it seems like it works immediately, but then if you download
again, it's back to "old" one. Please let me know if you have any
I was able to encounter same issue when downloading the report in your account, yes when you check or uncheck a "spacer" it is not instantly added to the form, also one problem I encounter with your report is that when I download the report it takes some time.
Let me forward this to our next level to further investigate this behavior. We'll notify via this thread for updates.

We have identified the issue, as it is caused by the reports cache which updates when a form is submitted. Thank you very much for informing us about it, we will be working on it and let you know as soon as the bug is fixed.
