I am no longer receiving form submission from my website.

    Firstly congrats on creating such an amazing site. We love it! 


    Issue - I have been receiving form submission without intrupption but recently I am no longer receiving anything. 


    I was hoping if you can tell me what the problem may be.

    We would like to take a look at your form.

    What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your profile. I am unable to find any details with your email address "tahir.s@kashlaw.ca".
