After you click on the form to open it, you can also click on the left hand top wheel which displays all your forms in Jotform. How can you stop this or at least select which ones you want people to see?

Please note that you are only able to add one Jotform Form per Facebook Page using this method. Unfortunately, I may have not understood the location you described on your post. Kindly provide a screenshot of the location (left hand top wheel) you are refering to. So that we may look into this further. Thank you.

I have been testing the Facebook App Further through different scenarios, and I have now been able to replicate the issue you described on your original post.
I now see the Gear Icon on the top left corner of my embedded test form.
Although it appears this Gear Icon is displayed to you as you are logged on with the user that created that form. From my understanding, this gear should not be presented to other users.
In any case, I will raise your concern to the Dev Team. So that they may evaluate further if this menu should be displayed to other users or if it can be managed so that only the forms you want to have displayed on that list do so.
Once the Dev Team has any updates on this they will notify us through this thread. Thank you.

Your users can not see that gear icon.
Gear icon is only appear to you because you're the admin of the facebook page. In the future, if you want to change the form that embedded to your facebook page, you can easily select the new form by using the gear icon, and it will be embedded to your facebook page.
