Forum Request - Comments/Post History Tracking

    Hi,

    This is slightly off topic...

I looked around and haven't seen or found it yet...

Under "Search" (in the forum) there is the "Asked" Button which works perfectly.

Is there an option to Follow Posts or at the very least keep track of your own comments (on someone elses post).

I like helping others out as much as I like receiving the help myself.

It's nice to see the replies or comments as you learn alot by from others commenting or even correcting your input.

but there does not seem to be a way to keep track.

I had to search through pages of History to find a post that I commented/assisted on.

Just a Thought if the option does not exist.

If it does then, Doh! Please show me the way! ;)

Update: Ok, so it is sent to my E-mail, but I visit my Email as much as I like to visit the Cemetry.

    Thanks,

    RaveWolf

    Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion, we greatly appreciate it.

It is possible to track threads you created at Jotform. Check this link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/asked.php

However, I'm not sure if our higher ups will be able to implement comments/post tracking for the threads you do not owned since we do have forum policy about thread hijacking - we do not recommend posting questions on a thread that is owned by a different user. We always advise them to create their own thread to avoid confusions. But personally, I like this idea and I think this will be a good addition too so I have raised this as a feature request.

Thank you and have a good day! :)
