It looks like our subsription may have run its course. We need to get it back up and running today 5/30. Who can help me get this accomplished today?

    Hello,

    I was checking our record and I can see that your account was downgraded due to it failed to charge your account 14 times the following reason was "Authorization has failed for this transaction. Please try again or contact your bank for assistance". 

    In order to put your account back to active status you have to upgrade through our billing section under your account in Jotform http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. Your submission counts also exceeds Premium to be able to activate your account back you need atleast 100,000 submission quota which is Professional account otherwise even if you paid only the Premium account your form will still be inactive as the submission counts exceed the Premium monthly quota.
