Email form not sending email to recipient

    Although I receive the test email and also the notification, upon filling out the form on the website to test, the auto respond email is not being received???

    I am having this same problem with other forms on this website.  Thanks in advance for your response.

    I made a test submission and received the auto-responder (the copy of the form sent to the person filling in the form):

    Have you checked the Spam folder? As the auto-responder is sent from a noreply address maybe your email provider is blocking its delivery. 

    You may also try adding a custom sender email using Mandrill.

    Can you please indicate an email address that is not receiving the auto-responder, so that we can check if it is in our bounce list, or if the mail is being sent?

    The two email addresses I used were: marks.icu609@gmail.com and
    mserebrin@gmail.com

    There should be no issues when using a Google Email Address. I have submitted a test data to your form. Please kindly check if you receive an email.  Also, we suggest adding noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender list and/or contact list in Google.

    In the Auto response email I have no reply as the sender, but In the Auto response, recipient is not showing as an option, only your email. Is this right? Because according to the guide its 'showing as recipient for the option.
