Recovery of form submissions

    I recently upgraded my account from only being able to receive 10 submissions a month to 1000 a month. I want to know if in that time frame there were any attempts at submissions that I was unable to see, or if the user simply couldn't submit at all. Please contact me ASAP so I can get this information from those who may have tried to submit forms to my company. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Your account, as of this writing, has accumulated only 9 payments. A free account can receive up to 10. That means your account was NOT disabled at any point in time prior to the upgrade. Your form did not miss any potential user submission - that we can assure you of.

    For your information though, disabled accounts cannot receive submissions. Form submits will fail until the account owner upgrades. Alas, that is the least of your concerns because, like what I have said, your forms/account were not disabled.
