I seem to have gone over the quota - and the form we created has been dismantled. Is there any way to fix this situation? Thank you!

    Hi,

Secure or SSL Forms are for secure communications between the client (i.e the end user of your form) & Jotforms' servers. These communications are encrypted to prevent snooping by a 3rd party, and are useful if any of your forms contain sensitive information such as credit card or payment details or any other data of a personal nature.

Please reviw also this JotForm user guide on SSL

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

I have checked your account  broclinton and you currently have zero(0) SSL submission (possible due to monthly reset that have just happen)

To find out more about subscriptions you may chack also the JotForm Pricing page.

Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!

    Our form is here:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/31855594328161

But it has been dismantled because we have 75 of 10 SSL submissions. I checked inside of my embed form tab and the code is not secure and does not used https:

We link to the form from fsucatholic.org/reg, which is an alias URL for the form URL above. Could that be causing an issue? We did not set up any security when creating the form. We integrate to a Google Spreadsheet, but that is about it in terms of usage.

We are waiting to increase our account because, previously, we did not have any SSL submissions. Once the problem is fixed, we will be upgrading again. Thank you!

    Hi,

It appears as though you have used the secure embed code for your form, or that the site you have embedded the form into requires SSL based transmission of data:

This is the link your form takes me to:

I would recommend changing the method you embedded your form, or contacting the owner of the website to make sure they do not require SSL based submissions.  I went ahead and activated your account and reset your limits so that you can remedy this.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
