    When I tried to log in to my JotForm account, it said my account got suspended due to suspected phishing?

    The details sent to me through the forms i created are for the membership of my website, so any passwords and user names sent are only for use on my site?

    They are being used to create an auto log in system for the site

    Hello joalba,

    We apologize for you inconvenience.

    Can you explain to us how you manage to make your form process a login form?

    It's because Jotform does not have the capability to process login forms.  Forms created as a login form here with us are treated as spam or phishing by our automated system scanner.

    Thanks,

    liyam

    the details entered on my form are sent to me by email, so i can add them to my database to allow access to my site, the username and passwords emailed should be unique to my site

    Thanks for the additional info, joalba. Could you also please point us to the direct URLs of the pages where your forms are embedded? I went to http://www.youfreeweb.com/fifafootballleagues/ but failed to find any of your JotForm forms there. Note that even if the form is suspended, it should still appear.

    We appreciate your continued cooperation.

    @faith

    There is no way we will re-activate your account. JotForm does not tolerate illegal online activities such as phishing. One of your forms is asking for Facebook login details from other people. This is a clear violation of our terms of use.

    Also, may I remind you that what you're doing is illegal and can get you to jail. Phishers like yourself are not welcome to our website.
