The system will not allow me to downgrade my plan

I am trying to downgrade my form to free user and it will not allow me to do so. It just keeps saying error. can you please do assist me with this. Thank you.

Upon checking your our records it shows that your account is now scheduled to downgrade on 6/7/2014 meaning that it will remain in professional status until the downgrade date but you will no longer be charge since you have already cancelled the subscription.
