After having various complaints from customers this month (August-2011) why I havent replied
to their mail using the JotForms on my webpage which I never received, I started investigating
at my ISP and he came back to me with the "fact" that some of the mailservers that
JotForm uses are obviously on the SORBS DNS-based Blackhole List and therefore
these mails are being blocked without further notice....
Is that true?.. and what can I do about that?
Did anyone else had problems with this?
Should I change ISP?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Since you have confirmed that it is an issue with your ISP, please cordinate with them to allow emails sent by JotForm into their mail servers. Please click here for the list of IPs and domains that JotForm uses to send email notifications.
Should you encounter delays with your ISP, I believe the fastest option will be to change ISP or at least, change your email address to some other service like Gmail or Yahoo Mail.
Please try one of our suggestions and let us know how it goes. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience on this matter.
