I do not think that the form Clone option is supposed to duplicate integration settings on the cloned version of form. In order to confirm this, I am forwarding a ticket to our Development Team.
We will update this thread when we have any news.

When you clone a form the integrations should not be cloned. It is a mistake in our end and we will fix that. You should re-establish the integration for the new form.

As cloning of forms should not clone the integrations set in it due to security purposes, I have removed this feature. Should you have further questions on this matter, please do let us know.
