Is there a way to send the actual form when it's submitted?

Is there a way to send the actual form when it is filled out to the emails I need it to go to or can I just send the notification?

Hi Melissa,

The actual form structure may be possible, but that needs to be hard coded into the notification email body. I don't remember having this before and I am not sure if some HTML tags are still allowed in the HTML source, I'll check on it.

For now, you can just use the current format for email notification. Follow this guide for creating one: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
