Lost form

    Hello All,

    yesterday night, I created a form. But now I can't find on my form list. Form: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/41526373526354

    I don't want to recreate again. Please help.

    You can't see your form because form is under the guest account we created on your first visit. I will make transfer your form to your account shortly.

    Thanks for your support. when will you make transfer. I have to change something on form.
