    The email tests are not sent to the correct email address

    Hi,

    We would appreciate if your shared more information about what you exactly need. That would help us to provide you the proper assistance.

    However, if you are referring to how to edit/change the Sender Email of the Autoresponder settings from noreply@jotform.com to a custom one, then you should add a custom Sender Email address by using your SMTP credentials. You can learn more about in this guide: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address

    That way, once you have followed the steps of the guide, you will be able to select your desired email address as the Sender Email on your Autoresponder:

    Thanks,  I dont want the email to come from me. I want the notifications to be sent to me.  I changed the email according to the support help page, to include saving it, but when i test it the email is sent to the old address. I am getting rid of the old address and need the notifications to come to the new address.

    Thanks for the explantion.

    So, you mean that the Email Notifier is not sent to the desired email address, right? If you have changed the Recipient email of your notifier by following the instructions of this guide: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications

    Then it is fine, that is the correct procedure. However, if you are testing the Email Notifier by using the Test Email button, then that is why the notification is going to the old email address.

    Please note that using the Test Email button will always use the default email address, the email associated to your account, no matter if you changed the Recipient email of your notifier.

    So, in order to test your Email Notifier simply open the form in your browser and submit it in real time.
