I am not quite sure if I understand your question correctly, but I assume that you used to have a guest account (unregistered) and your form went over the 20 monthly submissions limit. You upgraded to Premium in order to receive more submissions and now, you're asking if you can recover submissions that were sent after the limit.
May I know if this assumption is correct?
We'll be waiting for your answer. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply and yes your assumption is correct this is exactly what I am trying to achieve

Here's the thing. When a guest account or a registered free account reaches its imposed limit (20 and 100 submissions, respectively), the forms under the account get disabled before the day ends. These forms will become unavailable for use by your visitors when disabled, which means that any data they submit will not be saved on our server. This message will be displayed when a person tries to submit on a disabled form.
This is how the monthly limit works. I would love to help you and recover those submissions for you but there's nothing to recover if there were no saved submissions to begin with.
Sorry for this inconvenience.

what would be the daily quota on a premium account?
- JotForm SupportNeilVicenteAnswered on August 15, 2011 at 10:06 AM
We do not impose a daily quota on any type of accounts, only a monthly one. Premium accounts are limited to 1000 submissions per month, be it regular, secure or payment submissions.
For more information about that, please visit our pricing page. Let us know if you need more help. Thanks!
