Issues with Roboform's autofill function

    Hi Jotform,
    I used jotform to create a form to put on a client's website at ads.officefinder.com/search.
    He noticed that there are problems with the way the data gets submitted to his database when he uses Roboform's autofill feature to fill out the form: for some reason, Roboform will change the city field.  For example, he might select San Francisco when he's filling out his form, but when he checks his back-end database, that entry would come in as a completely different city - maybe Manhattan.  
    Are there known issues with autofillers like this?  
    I have also contacted support at Roboform, but wanted to ask for your help too, because I half expect them to say they don't know about jotform and can't help me :-(  So I'm desperately hoping someone will take the time to look into this for me, and won't pass the buck.  My developer has been working on this but is unable to resolve it.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for the inconvenience. For best results, it is best that you avoid using autofill programs or, if you really need to use such a feature for your convenience, you can use your browser's built in autofill or autocomplete function.
