Also, how do I remove the previous events registrants without deleting their data? For my new event, only 5 people completed submissions but the earlier event registrants are being shown and counted. Thanks!

    Hello Beershabbos,

You can archive your data by going to the Inbox view of your form submissions.

However, archiving submissions doesn't mean that you will make room for your free account to get more than 100 submissions a month. You can download them, but you will only clean space for uploaded files, but the counter won't reset for the number of submissions sent to you.

    I hope this helps.

Please provide instructions via mobile app. Computer site doesnt work well, doesnt show me what you're showing me. My plan is a paid plan not free.

    Thanks

    Hi beershabbos!

    Thanks for reaching out.

Just to clarify, are you not able to view the previous images provided?

See image here on where you can find the Archive option on your inbox.

Please try this and let us know if this is what you are referring to.

If not, may we ask for a screenshot of the data that needs to be Archived?

Looking forward to assisting you with this.

    Thanks beershabbos!

    Hi beershabbos!

    Thanks for responding.

I tested the Archive option on the tables and it is working on my end.

but the earlier event registrants are being shown and counted

May I ask, are you perhaps creating a report and the submissions are still showing on the reports even after archiving? Is this what you are referring to?

    Thanks beershabbos!

Haven't created any report. Need the 20 days ago & earlier submissions archived and not counted in the new total

    Hello Beershabbos,

Unfortunately, currently, it's not possible to archive a submission using the mobile app and there is also no way to distinguish and archived submission within the app.

Overall, the Archive submission feature is not at all supported in the mobile app.

I have instead made a feature request for it.

You will be notified here as soon as there is any update.

    Hi beershabbos!

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

You can unfreeze the Submission Date and unfreeze Source app then Freeze the Full Name and you'll see the full name first when you log in on your browser.

Instead of using the browser to view your submission you can install the Jotform Mobile form app and access your submissions there.

Jotform Mobile Forms is available through both the App Store and Google Play. Click the appropriate button below to begin the download.

You can log in with your Jotform username and password or log in with your Google or Facebook account.

Once you’re logged in, your forms will start syncing. You’ll see the sync progress at the bottom of the screen. Once that disappears, that means your forms and data are already synced. If prompted, allow the app to send you a notification.

    Click on the Form:
