I am using the form's direct URL only. I don't embed the form in my webpage.
If I worried about people hacking into my form, will be it better for me to use secure form format?
Will the secure form perfom as fast as the non secure form?
Any disadvantage for using the secure form?
Thank you again for your advice.

Your confidential data like credit card number, Social Security number etc. will be safe if you use secure form because all your data be in encrypted form.
Secure form need some extra work like encrypting and decrypting message, exchanging handshakes as a consequence the form might get little slow. But I can say one thing that if your form will handle confidential / sensitive data then I recommend you to use secure form.
